$32 mill listing new on market here on STJ
Yikes. So much for home prices dropping. Here on STJ the newest listing on the market just went up: an astonishing villa (6 bedroom) in Peter Bay, listed for $32 million. It rents now for $3900+ for 2 bedrooms for 1 night. And it's getting steady bookings. The home is a proud part of my company's portfolio, taking about 8 years to completely construct.
